At Animo, our AI animation video editor platform, we prioritize the satisfaction of our customers. Please review our refund policy below:
Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund, minus any transaction fees or charges from our payment processor, if a request is made via email within 24 hours of purchase and the product has not been used.
If you have used the product and are requesting a partial refund, the decision to issue a refund will be at the discretion of Animo. We will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please email us at team@animo.video with your order details and the reason for the refund request. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours. The reason for the refund request must be clear and specific.
Refund Processing
For eligible refunds, we will process the request immediately. However, the time it takes for the funds to be transferred back to you depends on your bank and our payment processor. Typically, this can take 5-30 business days.
