User-Generated Content and Rights

All videos generated by users through the Animo platform are considered to be in the public domain, with "No rights reserved" status. This means that users are free to use, modify, and distribute these videos without restriction.

While we respect your ownership of the videos you create, Animo will not make use of your generated content without your explicit written digital permission. Your privacy and control over your creations are important to us.

By default, all videos generated on our platform will be stored on our servers. Users have the ability to remove project videos directly through their account interface. However, if you wish to ensure complete deletion of your videos from our servers, please contact us, and we will process your request to permanently delete the specified videos.

Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Astronware LLC and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained on this Website.

You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website and using the Animo platform as intended.

User Content and Copyright

By using Animo, you agree to only upload images and other content for which you own the copyright or have the legal right to use. This includes images that are free for public usage. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use any content you upload to our platform.

Animo shall not be held responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from user-uploaded content or the subsequent use of generated videos. You agree to indemnify and hold Animo harmless from any claims resulting from your violation of these terms.

Service Tiers and Modifications

Animo offers various service tiers, including a Free tier and paid plans. The Free tier of Animo is subject to change at our discretion. Unlike paid plans, we do not guarantee specific functionalities for the Free tier and reserve the right to modify or remove features without prior notice.

For paid plans, we strive to maintain consistent service, but reserve the right to make necessary changes to improve our platform. Any significant changes to paid plans will be communicated to users in advance.

Student Discount

Animo may offer a student discount at its discretion. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for this discount and may suspend or discontinue the renewal of discounted plans at any time. Discontinuation of a discounted plan will not result in account suspension, but may require transitioning to a standard pricing plan for continued service.

Platform Monitoring and Enforcement

Animo actively monitors the usage of our platform for all users to ensure fair use and maintain service quality. Any usage deemed harmful to the platform's performance, other users' data, or in violation of these Terms may result in immediate account suspension.

Termination

Astronware LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to Animo immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use Animo will immediately cease.

Your Content

In these Website Standard Terms and Conditions, "Your Content" shall mean any text, images or other material you choose to display on this Website. By displaying Your Content, you grant Astronware LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.
